It is used as a "pre-screening" to know if they match your criteria, and is used before they can tour the rental.
Why Use It?
By them having to manually fill it out, you instantly know if they are serious.
In addition, by the answering the questions, you will know if they are qualified before touring.
We have found this helpful, as it reduces the number of tours given to prospective tenants that do not qualify for the rental, which saves everyone time.
